MyAeroSatu – Revitalising Malaysia's Aerospace and Aviation Industry

1. Our Purpose

MyAeroSatu is an independent association comprising former and current professionals from Malaysia's aviation, aerospace, airline, and MRO (Maintenance, Repair & Overhaul) sectors. Our mission is to help restore Malaysia's position as a leading aerospace and aviation hub in Asia by promoting sustainable industry development after more than three decades of decline.

2. Our Strength

The strength of MyAeroSatu lies in the collective experience, leadership, and technical expertise of its members. Many of our core leaders previously held senior management and executive positions in airlines, MRO organisations, aviation companies, and related industries. They were directly responsible for building and managing successful organisations during the industry's most progressive years.

Today, the industry once again requires experienced leadership to reverse its decline, strengthen competitiveness, and create a healthy, innovative, and sustainable aerospace ecosystem capable of meeting rapidly evolving global challenges.

As an independent and non-partisan NGO, MyAeroSatu provides a trusted platform that brings together experienced industry professionals, policymakers, academia, and strategic partners.

Where appropriate, the association intends to participate as a consortium in selected national and international aerospace initiatives, showcasing the combined expertise of its members and delivering commercially viable, progressive, and sustainable solutions that create value for both industry and the nation.

Over the past two years, MyAeroSatu has actively engaged with political leaders, government agencies, GLCs, industry organisations, universities, and aerospace companies across the value chain.

Our engagements include organisations such as Khazanah National, MIGHT, NAICO, NADI, MARA, AeroDarat universities, and numerous aerospace companies operating both upstream and downstream.

These collaborations focus on:

- Strengthening Malaysia's aerospace ecosystem.

- Developing future industry talent through closer engagement with students and academia.

- Encouraging research, innovation, and technology transfer.

- Building strategic partnerships with local and international stakeholders who share our vision of restoring Malaysia's leadership in the global aerospace and aviation industry.
